Lakeside Civic Association is a deed-restricted community of 203 homes.
Bi-monthly board meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every other month starting in January. Place: 11167 Tradewinds Blvd. Time: 6:30 pm. All residents are encouraged to attend. The board is comprised of neighborhood volunteers.
