NEXT MONTHLY MEETING

The next meeting of the Lakeside Civic Association is scheduled for Monday, July 12th, 2004 at 7:30 P.M. at Panera Bread in Bardmoor Plaza. All homeowners are encouraged attend.  We appreciate the convenience afforded us by Panera Bread!

ANIMAL CONTROL

Except for the occasional loose or unsupervised dog, most of Lakeside residents have been very cooperative in proper care of  household pets.  We as well as our beloved pets will be safer and happier as a result!!

FRONT ENTRANCE

Our thanks to Steve Gronemeyer for getting in touch with the right Pinellas County official to get our lawn resodded.  Everything including the posts seems to back in order and looking good! 

DEED RESTRICTIONS

If you are new to the area or if you have misplaced your copy of the Deed Restrictions, please contact Karen Lucas at 393-2240 for your copy.  It is a good idea to refer to them before starting a project such as an addition, new fencing, landscaping, etc.  If you have questions about the application of the deed restrictions, please feel free to contact a Board member or attend the monthly meeting.
