NEXT MONTHLY MEETING
The next meeting of the Lakeside Civic Association is scheduled for Monday,
October 4th, 2004, 7:30 P.M. at the Panera Bread location in Bardmoor Plaza.
All homeowners are welcome and their input is appreciated!
ELECTION OF NEW OFFICERS
All current Board members have agreed to be on the
ballot coming up in October. If you would agree to offer your services, it
usually involves no more than 1-2 hours per month. Please call Jan Adams at
319-4884 immediately for your name to be on the ballot. For a complete list of
current officers and phone numbers you may refer to the front of the newsletter
or view our Website at

NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE
The annual garage sale for Lakeside will be Saturday,
October 30th! This is a great time to clean out closets, cupboards,
and garages before the Holidays!
ANNUAL DUES AND MEMBERSHIP
All due-paying members may contact our Treasurer, Jan
Adams, to get your ID and password to access our website. Included will be
community projects and improvements, the monthly newsletter, deed restrictions
and upcoming events. If you have ideas on improving our site, please contact
Steve Gronemeyer at 393-6729.
DEED RESTRICTIONS
For all new homeowners, please be reminded to check
with the Board before beginning any modifications of your property. Included in
deed restrictions are such things as fence heights, landscaping, architectural
designs, pools, vehicle parking, and pet control. All names and numbers are
listed in the monthly newsletter.
