NEXT MONTHLY MEETING
The next meeting of the Lakeside Civic Association is scheduled for Monday
Night, December 6th located in the Bardmoor Plaza. All members are
encouraged to attend.
OFFICERS OF THE BOARD ELECTED FOR 2005
All the 2004 Board members were elected to continue on for the New Year.
These Board members must be doing a great job as no other names appeared on the
ballot and returned to Jan Adams, Treasurer. Please look at the front of the
newsletter for a listing of these names, positions, and phone numbers.
ANNUAL HAY RIDE!!
Mark your calendars for December 22nd, from 4-8 P.M. Meet at the
Four Corners just outside our subdivision. The Christmas Lights will be in full
bloom and the kid’s will love it!! UPDATE: The
hayride starts at 6 pm - not 4pm

Password to access the membership roster. Thank you homeowners for your
continued support, both by paying your annual dues and abiding by our Deed

DEED RESTRICTIONS
If you are new to the area or if you have misplaced your copy of the Deed
Restrictions, please contact Karen Lucas at 393-2240 for your copy. It is a
good idea to refer to them before starting a project such as an addition, new
fencing, landscaping, etc. If you have issues that are in direct violation of
the deed restrictions, contact a board member to express your concern or come to
the monthly homeowner meeting.
ANIMAL CONTROL
If you have issues regarding animals in the neighborhood, please contact the
Pinellas County Animal Services at 582-2600. If you walk your dog, please keep
him leashed and pick up after him. If we practice the Good Neighbor Policy, it
makes for a better neighborhood. .
