NEXT MONTHLY MEETING

The next meeting of the Lakeside Civic Association is scheduled for Monday, August 2nd, 2004 at Panera Bread Banquet Room in the rear.   All homeowners are encouraged attend.  We appreciate the convenience afforded us by Panera Bread!

ANIMAL CONTROL

Just a reminder for all new homeowners -  Lakeside Subdivision deed restrictions require all pets be under control at all times.  Unleashed dogs are subject to being injured by cars or unexpected distractions.  Pet owners are always liable, according to Animal Control, for injuries to other pets or people. 

FRONT ENTRANCE

Our thanks to Ron Cinnamon for his efforts to check on lawns services and maintain a high quality of service for your homeowner dollar!  Anytime the County has a maintenance or repair job, Ron follows up to be sure the lawn/sidewalks are repaired, if needed.

FRONT ENTRANCE LIGHTING MONIES

Your donations have amounted to $565.00 and they are being held in trust until the Board has enough to make upgrades around our entrance area.  Your Board is continuing to check on our options regarding this, and once the project is decided upon in full, our entrance will not only be much more attractive at night, but will also be less susceptible to vandalism. 

DEED RESTRICTIONS

If you are new to the area or if you have misplaced your copy of the Deed Restrictions, please contact Karen Lucas at 393-2240 for your copy.  It is a good idea to refer to them before starting a project such as an addition, new fencing, landscaping, etc.  If you have questions about the application of the deed restrictions, please feel free to contact a Board member or attend the monthly meeting.
