Good Afternoon: Updates will be made to the Lake Seminole Website very soon but I’d like to make you aware of a volunteer opportunity:
Live Oaks to
Grace Park Boulevard Pinellas County Environmental Management and Boy Scout Troop 371 of the West Central Florida Council invites the public to help replant the canopy at the southern shoreline of Lake Seminole along Park Boulevard. The event is an Eagle Scout project led by Patrick Johnson who will be directing volunteers on installing 50 trees along nearly 1500 feet of shoreline. Volunteers can register by emailing Patrick at patrick@incrediblyrandom.com or by calling Kelli Hammer Levy at 727-464-4425. Volunteers are asked to meet at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, in Lake Seminole Park, in the parking areas near Shelters #1 and #2. Kelli (2/7/07) |
